BDF30P is a low to medium viscosity curative incorporated fluoroelastomer copolymer. This is a general purpose grade, well suited for application where good flowability and mold release are required. BDF30P can be compounded to meet the major fluoroelastomer specifications. BDF30P can be used for compression molding of O-ring and gasket or extrusion of complex geometries. It can be mixed using typical fluoroelastomer compounding ingredients. Mixing can be accomplished with two-roll mills or internal mixers. Finished goods can be produced by a variety of rubber processing methods. |
