Resin of LTP ZW-3200 serials is crystal whisker reinforced composite materials based on Polyformaldehyde. With the characteristics of outstanding thermal stability, self-lubricating and frost resisting, the materials can be used long time about 20°C lower than the Temperature of thermal deformation without any lubrication additive. And it is the first choice for parts of rolling and sliding machine. Compare to Polyformaldehyde, Resin of LTP ZW-3200 serials have good mold technology without irritating smell and its products are according with RoHS index. |
