Slip / Anti-block MB Description POYAD SB131 is a PP based master batch containing a blend of a migration slip agent and a special anti block agent. It's designed for use in manufacturing of cast and blown PP film and sheet where the end product requires slip and anti-block characteristics. The slip additive migrates to the film/sheet surface relatively slowly, thus reducing potential problems during sealing and printing. Due to its specialized anti-block it has almost no effect on haze and gloss. Application POYAD SB131 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the film/sheet thickness (the thicker film needs less addition level), extrusion condition, application and existence of other additives it can be used from 0.5 to 2%.
