ISPLEN® PP 050 Y1E is a medium melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer with a molecular weight distribution which provides optimum balance between processing and mechanical properties in the latest generation staple fiber lines. It includes a specific formulation resistant to "gas fading" coloration, suitable for protecting the polymer during extrusion process and final use. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS Specially recommended for staple fibre and multifilament extrusion in high speed equipment. Suitable for tapes and monofilament Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 250°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
