Is a commercial name for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE - S) based on SBS (styrene - butadiene - styrene) block copolymers, gathered with mixing SBS. elastomers with polystyroles (GPPS, HIPS, EVA). Depending upon surface appearance and phisical characteristics can be used for all kinds of injectionmoulded soles.
- Resistance to acid, bases and all aqueous solutions is excellent.
- Resistance to alcohol and glycols is medium good.
- Resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, fat and of oil is bad.
- All "SOLPLASTS" have a good electric-volume resistance: thats more then 1e12 ohm-cm.
- For coloring masters are used on a polyolefine base (PE, EVA).
