| Vinnolit EP 7091 is a medium molecular weight emulsion type PVC homopolymer with a medium-high emulsifier content. It produces plastisols exhibiting high viscosity and high yield value at low shear rates with pronounced pseudoplastic flow properties at high shear rates with medium-high plasticizer levels (70-100 phr).This grade can be used in blends to generally increase low shear viscosity and reduce dilatancy. It gives good thermal stability with a wide range of stabiliser types. The use of high speed type mixers is recommended. |
