It is generally applied for bonding material of resinoid grinding wheels such as cutting, off set, etc. Characteristics SUMILITERESIN® PR-51820 I is a powder form phenolic resin with good grinding properties and good processability in production of grinding wheels. It is designed for cold molding and semi-hot molding process. SUMILITERESIN® PR-51820 I is a short flow type and hexamine content about 7%. By using this resin, grinding wheel which is bonded has good self sharpening and high heat resistance.
