Filler MB Description CALSIN 1300W is a styrenics based masterbatch highly filled with calcium carbonate. It is designed for use in a wide range of applications specially in PS sheet & PS/ABS injection molded parts to improve the optical and mechanical properties due to its fine treated calcium carbonate whilst providing significant cost reduction potential. What's more it presents bluish white appearance to the final product. This product is suitable for use in a wide range of plastics that come into contact with food. Application CALSIN 1300W is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It can be used in PS sheet from 5 to 20% depends on the thickness and processing condition and in PS/ABS injected parts from 5 to 25%. |
