API II 545 is a high impact, high heat resistant grade of impact modified polystyrene. This material features higher temperature usage, fast set-up times and dimensional stability.

Application:

API II 545 is suggested for heavy molded parts with large cross section requiring high impact resistance. It is an excellent profile and sheet Extrusion product balancing toughness and stiffness. Complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1640.
