SUMILITERESIN® PR-1012 AI is a High reactive of standard straight novolak type powder. It is generally applied for Brake Lining and Disc Pad and others application.

Characteristics

SUMILITERESIN® PR-1012 AI is a powder phenolic resin with good friction properties, good process, and other merit in production of friction.

SUMILITERESIN® PR-1012 AI has short gel time and very fine particle size. It has high reactive resin and fast cure. It is effective to reduce hot process and post cure time.

SUMILITERESIN® PR-1012 AI has hexamine content 9% and middle molecular weight. By this properties, it will be suitable to apply in brake lining and disc pad with good hardness and bending strength.
