加工技巧HFDA-9217 Black 在各种条件下提供出色的表面光洁度和卓越的输出率。建议挤塑机桶的温度设置为 90 到 115°C,十字头的温度为 110 到 120°C,并且模具温度为 120 到 130°C。为实现最佳效果,建议调节挤出加工条件以实现 116 到 138°C 的熔体挤出温度范围,尽管在某些设备上可实现更高的熔体温度。通常建议使用 60-40-20 网筛组。但是,只有已知应用方式和加工设备的类型时,才能给出加工条件的具体建议。
