MonoSol E6030B is a PVOH based thermoplastic film, soluble in cold water and manufactured using MonoSol's proprietary solution cast technology. MonoSol E6030B is an embossed rapidly dissolving blue PVOH film used for unit dose packaging of industrial and household cleaning compounds. Its relatively high modulus makes it particularly suitable for small pouching and tight wrapping applications. This film is commonly used for Toilet Block Disinfectants, Deodorizers and Cleaners and is converted on conventional pleat wrapping and flow-wrapping. Standard thicknesses are 20 micron (0.8 mil) and 25 micron (1.0 mil). |
