SUMILITERESIN® PR-54624 I is NBR modified phenolic resin powder. It is generally applied for disc pad, brake lining and clutch facing. Characteristics SUMILITERESIN® PR-54624 I is a powder novolac type phenolic resin which contained about 15% NBR modified, hexamine about 9% and short Gel time. By this properties, it is good to improve friction coefficient, processability, and flexibility. By these kinds of characteristics, it will be suitable to manufacture soft, flexible, low noise and good feelling of braking of friction. |
