Varcum 29734 is a long-flow, two-step, powdered phenolic resin containing hexamethylenetetramine. Manufacture of centerless grinding wheels, cutoff wheels, and wheel segments where resistance to the deteriorating effects of wheel coolants is required. OVEN CYCLES Care should be taken in the scheduling of oven cycles and in proper packing of the wheels during oven loading to avoid slumping of the wheels during the oven cycle. Exhibits excellent grinding action in light-duty and specialty-grinding applications. |
