Glastic 2015 is a standoff insulator that is molded of UL recognized flame resistant fiberglass-reinforced thermoset polyester molding compound. Glastic 2015 features shatter resistance and closer height tolerances than commonly available in porcelain insulators. Moisture and heat resistance properties of Glastic 2015 are higher than those of conventional plastic insulators. |
