HF2007 is a Linear Low Density Polyethylene, 1-hexene copolymer, produced by gas phase process. Developed for blown film extrusion. Films obtained with this product show high impact and puncture resistance. It contains processing aid and antioxidant additives. Applications: Stretch film; high COF film and LDPE blends. Process: HF2007 must be processed in blown extruder, adjusted to this polymer. The excellent conditions of processing in accordance with the type of used equipment, but the best results are gotten with 180 to 210°C extrusion temperature. |
