ISPLEN® PR 240 G1F is a medium melt flow rate propylene-ethylene random copolymer, with a basic formulation, adapted for extrusion. It does not include any antistatic agent or nucleating additives in its formulation.
It can be easily coloured during the extrusion process using the right pigments, preferably in the form of concentrates with a higher melt flow rate than that of the base polymer.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
  • Sheets and thermoforming. Corrugated cardboard.
  • Non-oriented film, Cast-film
  • Flexible Pipes

Recommended melt temperature range from 190 - 250°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
