Isplen® PP 040 C1E is a medium melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer specially formulated and adapted for extrusion processes and particularly in thermoforming due to its high transparency and high stiffness. It is nucleated and the properties remain even at high regrind fractions. This makes the grade recommendable in barrier sheet packing application. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS In extrusion processes such as:
Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 250°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line. |
