Vinyl Ester Resin for Electrowinning Cell

MERICAN-11C is a corrosion resistant epoxy vinyl ester resin with high molecular weight. It is suitable for making monolithic polymer concrete electrowinning cells.

PROPERTY

Good wet-out with fillers and glass fiber

Air drying; Smooth and dense surface, good impermeability

Excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance

Low peak exothermic; Thick parts do not crack

Low profile, good flexibility and strong adhesion

APPLICATION

Suitable for making polymer concrete, especially for monolithic electrowinning cells in copper, zinc, nickel, cobalt and other non-ferrous hydrometallurgy industry.

Suitable for vacuum infusion process.
