Message

ISPLEN® PP 099 X2M is a very high fluidity homopolymer polypropylene designed for special optical requirements for injection moulding applications achieving very similar optical properties than a PP random. Due to its structure and additive package, ISPLEN® PP 099 X2M offers good transparency, excellent gloss and high stiffness. In addition, the grade shows very low warpage and its excellent processability allows an easy filling of moulds and short cycle times.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
ISPLEN® PP 099 X2M is widely used for the production of consumer goods such us:

Rigid packaging with very thin walls.

Video boxes.

Screw caps and closures.

Recommended melt temperature range from 200 to 250°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
